Cas Mudde (b. 1967) is the Stanley Wade Shelton Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia and Professor II at the Center for Research on Extremism (C-REX) at the University of Oslo. He is the author of Populism: A Very Short Introduction (2017) and The Far Right Today (2019). He is a GuardianUS columnist, and a shareholder of Voxeurop.
